目的：为建立SPF级青紫兰兔种群，满足各类研究的需要。方法用剖腹取胎的方法，对青紫兰种兔进行生物净化，用SPF级代乳兔进行喂养，使其微生物等级达到SPF级。结果共取得青紫兰仔兔88只，存活74只，存活率为84.1豫。结论种兔预产期判断准确，可提高剖腹产手术的成功率。
목적：위건립SPF급청자란토충군，만족각류연구적수요。방법용부복취태적방법，대청자란충토진행생물정화，용SPF급대유토진행위양，사기미생물등급체도SPF급。결과공취득청자란자토88지，존활74지，존활솔위84.1예。결론충토예산기판단준학，가제고부복산수술적성공솔。
