目的：分析经皮肺穿刺活检对肺部阴影诊断的意义及术后相关并发症。方法：回顾性分析在笔者所在医院接受经皮肺穿刺活检并接受后续治疗的96例肺部阴影患者的资料，分析经皮肺穿刺活检诊断准确率及相关并发症发生情况。结果：经皮肺穿刺活检诊断结果与确诊结果间具有正相关性，0<r<1；术后并发症发生率为15.62%。结论：CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺部阴影的诊断具有令人满意的准确率，并发症发生率较低，安全可行。

목적：분석경피폐천자활검대폐부음영진단적의의급술후상관병발증。방법：회고성분석재필자소재의원접수경피폐천자활검병접수후속치료적96례폐부음영환자적자료，분석경피폐천자활검진단준학솔급상관병발증발생정황。결과：경피폐천자활검진단결과여학진결과간구유정상관성，0<r<1；술후병발증발생솔위15.62%。결론：CT인도하경피폐천자활검대폐부음영적진단구유령인만의적준학솔，병발증발생솔교저，안전가행。
Objective:To analyze the significance and postoperative related complications of percutaneous aspiration lung biopsy in the diagnosis of lung shadows.Method:The data of 96 patients with lung shadows undergoing percutaneous aspiration lung biopsy and subsequent treatment in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,percutaneous lung biopsy diagnostic accuracy and related complications were observed.Result:The result diagnosed by percutaneous aspiration lung biopsy and confirmed the was with a positive correlation,0<r<1.The incidence of postoperative complications was 15.62%.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous aspiration lung biopsy for the diagnosis of lung shadows has satisfactory accuracy,a lower incidence of complications,is feasible and safe.
