目的：探讨经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年3月-2014年3月66例经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎患者的疗效。结果：66例患者均顺利完成治疗，62例获得随访6个月~2年。术后1~3周内症状消失者52例，8例6~8周症状消失。术后对48例患者3个月及1年复查两次膀胱镜，均未见腺性膀胱炎复发。结论：经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎手术方法简单，易于掌握，创伤小，出血少，手术并发症少。
目的：探討經尿道電切聯閤膀胱灌註治療腺性膀胱炎的療效。方法：迴顧性分析2010年3月-2014年3月66例經尿道電切聯閤膀胱灌註治療腺性膀胱炎患者的療效。結果：66例患者均順利完成治療，62例穫得隨訪6箇月~2年。術後1~3週內癥狀消失者52例，8例6~8週癥狀消失。術後對48例患者3箇月及1年複查兩次膀胱鏡，均未見腺性膀胱炎複髮。結論：經尿道電切聯閤膀胱灌註治療腺性膀胱炎手術方法簡單，易于掌握，創傷小，齣血少，手術併髮癥少。
목적：탐토경뇨도전절연합방광관주치료선성방광염적료효。방법：회고성분석2010년3월-2014년3월66례경뇨도전절연합방광관주치료선성방광염환자적료효。결과：66례환자균순리완성치료，62례획득수방6개월~2년。술후1~3주내증상소실자52례，8례6~8주증상소실。술후대48례환자3개월급1년복사량차방광경，균미견선성방광염복발。결론：경뇨도전절연합방광관주치료선성방광염수술방법간단，역우장악，창상소，출혈소，수술병발증소。
Objective:To study the clinical effects by transurethral resection with bladder instillation of drug in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Method:The records of 66 case of cystitis glandularis from March 2010 to March 2014 were retrospectively reviwed.Result:66 case successfully underwent the treatment,52 cases of symptoms disappeared in 1-3 weeks,8 case disappeared in 6-8 weeks.Postoperativery 48 cases with simply leuoplakia visae were re examined by cystoscopy in 3 months,1 year later postoperativel and not found recurrence of cystitis glandularis.Conclusion:Transurethral resection with bladder instillation of drug in the treatment of cystitis glandularis is simply,easy to master,less trauna,less bleeding and effective and few severe complication.
