目的：观察优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法将我院2012年3月~9月我科手术患者3000例随即分为观察组1500例，对照组1500例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，观察并比较分析两组患者紧张度缓解、血压、心率变化情况，满意度等指标差异。结果观察组患者紧张度缓解、血压、心率变化情况，满意度等均优于对照组。结论手术室护理工作中应用优质护理效果满意，值得关注。
목적：관찰우질호리재수술실호리공작중적응용효과。방법장아원2012년3월~9월아과수술환자3000례수즉분위관찰조1500례，대조조1500례。대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용우질호리，관찰병비교분석량조환자긴장도완해、혈압、심솔변화정황，만의도등지표차이。결과관찰조환자긴장도완해、혈압、심솔변화정황，만의도등균우우대조조。결론수술실호리공작중응용우질호리효과만의，치득관주。
Objective To observe the application effect of high quality of nursing in operation room in nursing work. Methods In our hospital from 2013 March to 2012 September in our department operation 3000 patients randomly divided into the observation group of 1500 cases, 1500 cases in the control group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group uses the high quality nursing care, observation and comparative analysis of two groups of patients with ease the tension degree, blood pressure, heart rate changes, dif erences in satisfaction index. Results Patients with ease the tension degree, blood pressure, heart rate changes, satisfaction were bet er than those of control group. Conclusion The application of high quality of nursing in operation room nursing work satisfaction, worthy of attention.
