目的:调查了解公立综合医院中层干部心理健康状况。方法:随机抽取某二级甲等医院中层干部55名作为研究组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对研究组进行调查,与中国常模比较。结果:研究组强迫因子均高于中国常模,抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子低于常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。躯体化和人际关系因子与常模相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不同性别的中层干部,GWB总分显著低于中国常模(P<0.05)。结论:公立医院中层干部的心理存在一定的强迫倾向,幸福感较低。因此,医院在关注患者身心健康的同时,也要关注中层干部的心理健康及幸福感。

목적:조사료해공립종합의원중층간부심리건강상황。방법:수궤추취모이급갑등의원중층간부55명작위연구조,채용증상자평량표(SCL-90)화총체행복감량표(GWB)대연구조진행조사,여중국상모비교。결과:연구조강박인자균고우중국상모,억욱、초필、활대、공포、편집、정신병성인자저우상모수평,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。구체화화인제관계인자여상모상비,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。연구조불동성별적중층간부,GWB총분현저저우중국상모(P<0.05)。결론:공립의원중층간부적심리존재일정적강박경향,행복감교저。인차,의원재관주환자신심건강적동시,야요관주중층간부적심리건강급행복감。
Objective:To investigate the mental health in mid-level cadres of public general hospital.Method:55 middle-level cadres in the secondary level hospitals were randomly selected as the study group.Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) and General Well Being(GWB) were used to investigate the study group.And compared with Chinese norm.Result:Forcing factors in study group was higher than the Chinese norm.Depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,psychosis factor levels were below the norm,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Somatization and interpersonal factors compared with the norm showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).GWB total score in middle-level cadres of different of genders research group was significantly lower than the Chinese norm(P<0.05). Conclusion:Some middle-level cadres in public hospitals show forced tendency and lower happiness. Therefore,the hospital concerns about patient health,while also concerns about the mental health and well-being of middle-level cadres.
