目的：观察耳穴埋籽对治疗便秘的疗效。方法对22例血液透析并发功能性便秘患者采用耳穴埋籽，并对其进行了观察及护理。结果耳穴埋籽对功能性便秘有益肾滋阴、养血活血、润肠通便之效，使大便恢复正常。结论耳穴埋籽方法简单安全、对血液透析患者功能性便秘有很好的治疗作用。
