目的：探讨老年人工关节置换术后精神障碍的原因。方法回顾总结2010年1月~2014年3月，我院骨科收治老年人工关节置换术190例患者临床资料。结果术后并发精神障碍老年患者26例，发生率是13.68%，全麻患者发生POP 2例，发生率为12.63%。结论术后精神障碍易被漏诊，积极治疗和诊断老年人工关节置换术后并发精神障碍非常重要。
목적：탐토노년인공관절치환술후정신장애적원인。방법회고총결2010년1월~2014년3월，아원골과수치노년인공관절치환술190례환자림상자료。결과술후병발정신장애노년환자26례，발생솔시13.68%，전마환자발생POP 2례，발생솔위12.63%。결론술후정신장애역피루진，적겁치료화진단노년인공관절치환술후병발정신장애비상중요。
Objective To explore the causes of senile hip arthroplasty postoperative mental disorders. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 January~2014 year in March, our hospital department of orthopedics from artificial joint replacement in 190 cases of elderly patients with clinical data. Results 26 patients with mental disorders associated with postoperative elderly patients, the incidence was 13.68%, 2 cases of POP occurred in patients under general anesthesia, the incidence rate was 12.63%. Conclusion The postoperative psychonosema underdiagnosed, concurrent dysphrenia active treatment and diagnosis of senile after artificial joint replacement is very important.
