目的:探讨前降钙素(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)测定在新生儿败血症诊断疗效评价中的价值。方法:选择60例新生儿败血症患儿为观察组,选择60同期在笔者所在医院产科分娩的足月健康新生儿为对照组,分别对两组新生儿测定血清PCT及CRP含量并比较,观察组治疗1周后检测血清PCT及CRP含量,比较治疗前后血清PCT及CRP含量的变化。结果:观察组新生儿PCT(8.01±4.02)ng/L、CRP(23.16±3.78)mg/L显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗1周后PCT(1.90±0.25)ng/L、CRP(4.08±1.09)mg/L显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:新生儿败血症前降钙素及C反应蛋白含量均显著升高,治疗后显著降低,两者测定有助于新生儿败血症的确诊及疗效评价。

목적:탐토전강개소(PCT)、C반응단백(CRP)측정재신생인패혈증진단료효평개중적개치。방법:선택60례신생인패혈증환인위관찰조,선택60동기재필자소재의원산과분면적족월건강신생인위대조조,분별대량조신생인측정혈청PCT급CRP함량병비교,관찰조치료1주후검측혈청PCT급CRP함량,비교치료전후혈청PCT급CRP함량적변화。결과:관찰조신생인PCT(8.01±4.02)ng/L、CRP(23.16±3.78)mg/L현저고우대조조(P<0.01);관찰조치료1주후PCT(1.90±0.25)ng/L、CRP(4.08±1.09)mg/L현저저우치료전(P<0.01)。결론:신생인패혈증전강개소급C반응단백함량균현저승고,치료후현저강저,량자측정유조우신생인패혈증적학진급료효평개。
Objective:To investigate the value of procalcitonin(PCT),C -reactive protein (CRP) in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal sepsis. Method:60 cases of neonatal sepsis were as observation group,60 full-term healthy newborns at the same period in our hospital were choosed as control group, respectively,neonatal serum PCT and CRP level was detected and compared in the two groups,and after treating one week in the observation group,serum PCT and CRP level was detected,serum level of PCT and CRP was compared before and after treatment.Result:The level of PCT was (8.01±4.02)ng/L,the level of CRP was (23.16±3.78)mg/L,they were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treating one week in the observation group,the level of PCT was (1.90±0.25)ng/L,the level of CRP was (4.08±1.09)mg/L,they were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion:The level of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in neonatal sepsis are significantly increased,and decreased significantly after treatment,they can contribute to diagnosis and treatment evaluation of neonatal sepsis .
