目的:通过对136例2型糖尿病患者血清中SOD活性和CysC、Cr浓度的变化和比较,探讨SOD活性和CysC浓度在2型糖尿病患者早期肾损害诊断中的价值。方法:将136例2型糖尿病患者按照尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分成正常白蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组、大量白蛋白尿组。检测血清中SOD活性、CysC和Cr的浓度,并比较各组的指标差异。结果:大量白蛋白尿组的Cr浓度为(213.64±44.33)μmol/L,明显高于正常白蛋白尿组,而微量白蛋白尿组与正常白蛋白尿组差异不大。大量白蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组的SOD活性、CysC浓度分别为(57.10±10.73)IU/ml,(94.36±14.31)IU/ml;(3.97±1.14)mg/L,(2.26±0.65)mg/L,与正常白蛋白尿组相比均明显升高,其中大量蛋白组升高更明显。结论:糖尿病肾病患者体内的SOD活性和血清CysC浓度与血清中Cr浓度变化呈正相关,说明其在反映肾功能损害中有重要价值,并且出现变化时间较Cr更早,说明肾损害患者中的SOD活性和血清CysC浓度变化比Cr更有早期诊断意义,而且较Cr敏感。

목적:통과대136례2형당뇨병환자혈청중SOD활성화CysC、Cr농도적변화화비교,탐토SOD활성화CysC농도재2형당뇨병환자조기신손해진단중적개치。방법:장136례2형당뇨병환자안조뇨백단백배설솔(UAER)분성정상백단백뇨조、미량백단백뇨조、대량백단백뇨조。검측혈청중SOD활성、CysC화Cr적농도,병비교각조적지표차이。결과:대량백단백뇨조적Cr농도위(213.64±44.33)μmol/L,명현고우정상백단백뇨조,이미량백단백뇨조여정상백단백뇨조차이불대。대량백단백뇨조、미량백단백뇨조적SOD활성、CysC농도분별위(57.10±10.73)IU/ml,(94.36±14.31)IU/ml;(3.97±1.14)mg/L,(2.26±0.65)mg/L,여정상백단백뇨조상비균명현승고,기중대량단백조승고경명현。결론:당뇨병신병환자체내적SOD활성화혈청CysC농도여혈청중Cr농도변화정정상관,설명기재반영신공능손해중유중요개치,병차출현변화시간교Cr경조,설명신손해환자중적SOD활성화혈청CysC농도변화비Cr경유조기진단의의,이차교Cr민감。
Objective:To compare the changes of serum of 136 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus SOD activity and CysC,Cr concentration, to explore the value of SOD activity and CysC concentration in the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:136 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were divided into normal albuminuria group,micro albuminuria group,macro albuminuria group.And the concentration of serum SOD activity was detected,CysC and Cr,index and to compare the differences between three groups. Result:The concentration of Cr of macro albuminuria group was (213.64±44.33)μmol/L,was significantly higher than that in normal albuminuria group,and the difference of micro albuminuria group and normal albuminuria group was no statistical significance.Macro albuminuria group,micro albuminuria group,SOD activity,CysC concentration was (57.10±10.73)IU/ml,(94.36±14.31)IU/ml;(3.97±1.14)mg/L,(2.26±0.65)mg/L.Compared with the normal albuminuria group were significantly increased,which macro albuminuria group increased more obviously.Conclusion:The concentration of Cr in vivo changes in patients with diabetic nephropathy SOD activity and serum CysC concentration is positively correlated with serum,to illustrate its important value in reflecting renal function damage,and change time is Cr earlier,the renal damage in patients with SOD activity and serum CysC concentration than the significance of early diagnosis of Cr is more than Cr,and sensitive.
