目的：探讨LC(腹腔镜胆囊切除术)联合LA(腹腔镜阑尾切除术)治疗外科急腹症的临床应用。方法对2010年1月~2013年10月我院施行的50例腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中慢性结石性胆囊炎急性发作并慢性阑尾炎14例，慢性结石性胆囊炎并急性阑尾炎31例，胆囊息肉并急性阑尾炎5例。结果50例均顺利完成手术，无中转开腹，无手术并发症，手术时间75~120min，平均手术时间97.5min，住院天数5~9d，平均7d。所有病例均在术后3个月电话回访，无胆漏、阑尾残端漏、腹腔感染、粘连性肠梗阻、切口疝等手术并发症发生。结论 LC联合LA治疗治疗胆囊和阑尾病变以及腹腔内的其他疾病，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，手术切口美观的优点，值得推广。
목적：탐토LC(복강경담낭절제술)연합LA(복강경란미절제술)치료외과급복증적림상응용。방법대2010년1월~2013년10월아원시행적50례복강경담낭란미연합절제술적림상자료진행회고성분석，기중만성결석성담낭염급성발작병만성란미염14례，만성결석성담낭염병급성란미염31례，담낭식육병급성란미염5례。결과50례균순리완성수술，무중전개복，무수술병발증，수술시간75~120min，평균수술시간97.5min，주원천수5~9d，평균7d。소유병례균재술후3개월전화회방，무담루、란미잔단루、복강감염、점련성장경조、절구산등수술병발증발생。결론 LC연합LA치료치료담낭화란미병변이급복강내적기타질병，구유창상소、회복쾌、병발증소，수술절구미관적우점，치득추엄。
Objective To study the clinical application of combined 1apaxoscopic cholecystectomy and 1aparoscopic appendectomy to treat surgical acute abdominal disease.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with laparoscopic appendectomy between January 2010 and October 2013 in our department were retrospectively analyzed.There were acute cholecystitis and chronic appendicitis in 14 cases,There were chronic cholecystitis and acute appendicitis in 31 cases,There were gal bladder polyp and acute appendicitis in 5 cases.Al the patients suffered from gal bladder stone. Results All the procedures were successfully completed.No conversion to open surgery and no postoperative complications occurred.The mean operative time 97.5 min and the mean hospital stay was 7d. Conclusion LC combined with LA can treat the diseases in the gall bladder and the appendix and other abdominal visceral diseases at the same time,showing the advantages such us fewer traumas,rapid recovery,less complications and bet er cosmetic result,is worth promoting.
