目的:通过比较两种根管预备方法对自粘接型树脂水门汀的影响,观察粘接剂与根管壁间微渗漏的情况,为临床应用的选择提供依据。方法:选择因正畸需要而拔除的下颌单根管第二前磨牙40颗,随机分为实验组A组(不锈钢K锉组)、B组(镍钛器械组),每组15颗;对照组C组(阳性对照组)、D组(阴性对照组),每组5颗。经过不同的根管预备方法根备后常规根管充填,然后用RelyX Unicem粘接纤维桩行桩核修复,经体外冷热循环实验后在印度墨水下染色1周,在体视显微镜下观察染料渗入深度。结果:A、B两组冠方微渗漏比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), A组微渗漏值明显大于B组。C组所有试件微渗漏最明显,累及整个根管;D组所有试件未发生微渗漏。结论:在冷热循环条件下,不锈钢K锉组预备后的根管壁与RelyX Unicem粘接剂之间的微渗漏较机用镍钛器械组明显。

Objective:By comparing the root canal preparation methods to study the microleakage between the root cannal wall and self-adhesive cement, providing the basis for the clinical application.Method:A total of 40 second premolars in mandibular which had simple root canal with similar shape and size were selected.The teeth were randomly divided into experimental group A(K file group) and B(Ni-Ti group),15 pieces in each group.The control group(positive control) C and D(negative group) had five pieces in each group.Root canal filling after different root canal preparations,and then used RelyX Unicem cement to bond the fiber to the root canal.After Hot and cold cycle in India ink stained in 1 week,observing the depth of dye penetration under the stereoscopic microscope.Result:The depth of dye penetration of two groups compared,there was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The depths of dying penetration in group A was longer than group B.The microleakage of group C was obviously.Group D had no microleakage happen.Conclusion:Under the condition of Hot and Cold cycle,the microleakage between root and cement after root canal preparation with K file was obviously worse than with Ni-Ti group.
