目的：探讨DSA技术在子宫输卵管造影中的应用及护理措施。方法对952例原发性不孕的患者在DSA引导下通过高压注射泵行子宫输卵管造影术，并认真做好患者造影前、中、后的护理及心理疏导工作。结果952例原发性不孕的患者都顺利完成了子宫输卵管造影检查。结论 DSA引导下行子宫输卵管造影术，具有无创、简便、患者痛苦小等特点，同时在造影过程中实施人性化的护理，能有效减轻患者的心理压力和生理不适，降低了造影的不良反应。
목적：탐토DSA기술재자궁수란관조영중적응용급호리조시。방법대952례원발성불잉적환자재DSA인도하통과고압주사빙행자궁수란관조영술，병인진주호환자조영전、중、후적호리급심리소도공작。결과952례원발성불잉적환자도순리완성료자궁수란관조영검사。결론 DSA인도하행자궁수란관조영술，구유무창、간편、환자통고소등특점，동시재조영과정중실시인성화적호리，능유효감경환자적심리압력화생리불괄，강저료조영적불량반응。
Objective To explore the application of DSA technology in angiography and nursing measures of uterus and fal opian tube. Methods 952 cases of primary infertility patients by high pressure injection pump line hysterosalpingography under DSA guidance, and conscientiously do a good job of angiography in patients, nursing care and psychological counseling. Results 952 cases of primary infertility patients were successful y completed the hysterosalpingography. Conclusion DSA guided hysterosalpingography, has the features of non-invasive, simple, lit le pain, at the same time the implementation of humane care in the imaging process, can ef ectively reduce the mental stress and physical discomfort, reduce the adverse reaction of contrast.
