目的：探讨显微镜下鼓膜修补术治疗鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法显微镜下对38例鼓膜穿孔施行耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补术。结果38例患者中,37例穿孔愈合,1例留有裂缝,因术后感染穿孔未愈合。手术治愈率为97.3%,。结论显微镜下鼓膜穿孔修补术精细、手术立体感强,穿孔愈合率高,是值得临床推广的一种手术方式。

목적：탐토현미경하고막수보술치료고막천공적림상료효。방법현미경하대38례고막천공시행이병연골-연골막수보술。결과38례환자중,37례천공유합,1례류유렬봉,인술후감염천공미유합。수술치유솔위97.3%,。결론현미경하고막천공수보술정세、수술입체감강,천공유합솔고,시치득림상추엄적일충수술방식。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of tympanic membrane repair under microscope for the treatment of perforation of tympanic membrane. Methods 38 cases of perforation of tympanic membrane under the microscope on the implementation of the Tragus Cartilage perichondrium repair. Results The 38 patients, 37 cases were healed, 1 cases got fracture, nonunion postoperative perforation due to infection. The cure rate of operation was 97.3%.Conclusion Under the microscope, tympanic membrane perforation repair operation of fine, three-dimensional sense of strong, perforation healing rate is high, is a kind of operation mode is worth the clinical promotion.
