目的：观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效。方法选择临床确诊病例31例，随机分为治疗组19例，对照组12例。对照组单纯西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上辩证分四型加服中药。结果治疗组总有效率93.6%，对照组总有效率83.3%。结论中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎前景广阔。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료랑창성신염적료효。방법선택림상학진병례31례，수궤분위치료조19례，대조조12례。대조조단순서약치료，치료조재차기출상변증분사형가복중약。결과치료조총유효솔93.6%，대조조총유효솔83.3%。결론중서의결합치료랑창성신염전경엄활。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods Clinical diagnosis of 31 cases, were randomly divided into the treatment group of 19 cases, 12 cases in the control group. The control group of Western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on the dif erentiation of type four diabetes with Chinese medicine. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 93.6%, the comparison group total ef ectiveness 83.3%. Conclusion The broad prospects for lupus nephritis treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
