目的:探讨空心螺钉加张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法选择2010年1月~2013年1月在我科住院诊治的髌骨骨折患者40例作为研究对象,对照组选用克氏针张力带钢丝进行治疗,观察组选用空心螺钉加张力带钢丝进行治疗,对患者的近期疗效和远期疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者有19例一期愈合,两组患者的近期疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),经随访观察,观察组痊愈18例,有效1例,无效1例,两组患者的远期疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论空心螺钉加张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折的设计贴合人体力学知识,对膝关节的固定效果较好,有助于患者进行有效的康复锻炼,对提高患者的近期疗效和远期疗效均有积极的作用,因此值得临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of hol ow screw and tension band wire in the treatment of patel ar fracture. Methods 40 patients of patel ar fracture were selected as the research object from January 2010 to January 2013 hospitalized in our department for the diagnosis and treatment. The control group used Kirschner wire tension band for treatment, and the observation group used cannulated screw and tension band wire treatment, and curative ef ect and long-term ef ect were evaluated. Results The patients in the observation group had 19 cases healed. Curative ef ects were compared between the two groups, and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). After fol owing up, 18 cases were cured, 1 case effective, 1 case invalid. The long-term ef ect of the two groups had statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion The design with hol ow screw and tension band wire fit body mechanics knowledge which had bet er fixation ef ect on knee joint and could help rehabilitation exercise ef ective to patients, so it could play a positive role in improving long-term and short-term therapeutic ef ect , so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
