目的：了解我院门诊二类精神药品的使用情况，并评价其合理性。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标，对我院2013年1~12月的门诊16990张第二类精神药品处方进行统计分析，评估药物使用的合理性。结果10种二类精神药品中，DDDs位于前3名的是艾司唑仑片、氯硝西泮片和阿普唑仑片，其中3种DUI=1，7种DUI均P<1.0。结论二类精神药品使用情况及药物选择基本合理，符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》。
목적：료해아원문진이류정신약품적사용정황，병평개기합이성。방법채용한정일제량(DDD)화약물이용지수(DUI)위지표，대아원2013년1~12월적문진16990장제이류정신약품처방진행통계분석，평고약물사용적합이성。결과10충이류정신약품중，DDDs위우전3명적시애사서륜편、록초서반편화아보서륜편，기중3충DUI=1，7충DUI균P<1.0。결론이류정신약품사용정황급약물선택기본합리，부합《마취약품화정신약품관리조례》。
Objective To investigate the use of psychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital and to evaluate its reasonableness.Methods 16990 outpatient prescriptions of psychotropic substances of categoryⅡfrom Jan to Dee in 2013 were col ected in our hospital for statistical analysis with defined daily does (DDD) recommended by WHO taken as research unit and the drug utilization (DUI) taken as index.Results Ten kinds of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs,DDDs located in the top three is Estazolam Tablets,Clonazepam Tablets and Alprazolam Tablets,of which three kinds of DUI=1,seven kinds of DUI<1.0.Conclusion The use of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole,basical y according to the Regulations on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.
