目的：研究破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对酒精性肝损伤是否有辅助保护功能。方法选用健康雌性大鼠连续30d灌胃后，除阴性对照组外各组再经口灌胃给予50%乙醇，然后取肝脏检查肝匀浆中的丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量；并对肝脏进行组织病理学检查，同时观察对动物体重和肝重及肝体比的的影响。结果在酒精性肝损伤模型成立的条件下，该受试物对动物体重、肝重、肝体比均无明显影响(>0.05)；能显著降低中、高剂量组大鼠肝匀浆中的过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛含量(P<0.05)以及升高中、高剂量组大鼠肝匀浆中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量(<0.05)；组织病理学检查结果(P<0.01)为阳性。结论破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对酒精性肝损伤有辅助保护功能。
목적：연구파벽령지포자분효낭대주정성간손상시부유보조보호공능。방법선용건강자성대서련속30d관위후，제음성대조조외각조재경구관위급여50%을순，연후취간장검사간균장중적병이철(MDA)、환원형곡광감태(GSH)화감유삼지(TG)적함량；병대간장진행조직병이학검사，동시관찰대동물체중화간중급간체비적적영향。결과재주정성간손상모형성립적조건하，해수시물대동물체중、간중、간체비균무명현영향(>0.05)；능현저강저중、고제량조대서간균장중적과양화지질강해산물병이철함량(P<0.05)이급승고중、고제량조대서간균장중환원형곡광감태적함량(<0.05)；조직병이학검사결과(P<0.01)위양성。결론파벽령지포자분효낭대주정성간손상유보조보호공능。
Objective To study the liver protection of Lucidum spores powder.Methods Female rats were fed with sample 30 days by gavage, using 50% ethol to build liver injury model, then test MDA, GSH and TG in liver homogenate, conduct liver histopathological examination, and compare body weight, liver wet weight and their ratio with model group. Results The liver injury model was successfully built, and testing sample has no significant ef ect in body weight, liver weight and their ratio ( P>0.05). However MDA of middle dosage and high dosage groups were lowered significantly ( P<0.05) and GSH of middle dosage and high dosage groups were raised significantly ( P<0.05). Furthermore there was significant dif erence in histopathological examination ( P<0.01).Conclusion Lucidum spores powder could protect liver against chemical injury of liver fuction.
