目的：本文主要介绍救治重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的体会。方法对我院2012年2月~2013年2月共56例急性重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)致呼吸衰竭患者，应用机械通气及临床综合治疗。结果抢救成功53例，因抢救无效等原因致死亡3例，抢救成功率为：94.6%。结论重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者，应及时、准确的建立人工气道并正确使用呼吸机辅助通气，保证足够的氧供，监测好患者生命体征及氧饱和度，合理应用阿托品，戊已奎醚，解磷定，血液净化等综合治疗措施，才能有效提高抢救成功率。
목적：본문주요개소구치중도유궤린농약중독치호흡쇠갈적체회。방법대아원2012년2월~2013년2월공56례급성중도유궤린농약중독(AOPP)치호흡쇠갈환자，응용궤계통기급림상종합치료。결과창구성공53례，인창구무효등원인치사망3례，창구성공솔위：94.6%。결론중도유궤린농약중독호흡쇠갈환자，응급시、준학적건립인공기도병정학사용호흡궤보조통기，보증족구적양공，감측호환자생명체정급양포화도，합리응용아탁품，무이규미，해린정，혈액정화등종합치료조시，재능유효제고창구성공솔。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to introduce the experience of treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure. Methods In our hospital from 2012 February ~2013 year in February a total of 56 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) patients with respiratory failure, and clinical comprehensive treatment of mechanical ventilation. Results 53 cases were rescued successfully, due to the reasons for the rescue is invalid die in 3 cases, successful rescue rate: 94.6%. Conclusion In patients with respiratory failure in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, should be timely, accurate establishment of artificial airway and mechanical ventilation, to ensure adequate oxygen supply, monitor patient vital signs and oxygen saturation, the reasonable application of atropine, penehyclidine, pralidoxime, and other comprehensive treatment measures to purify the blood, can effectively enhance the rescue the success rate.
