目的：探讨胃镜活检标本胃癌检出率及在诊断中存在的问题，提高胃癌早期确诊率。方法对我院1545例2011~2013年胃镜活检标本的临床、病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果经胃镜疑为胃癌者248例，病理活检诊断胃癌220例，占88.70%；其中196例为胃镜、活检同时诊断为胃癌的病例，诊断符合率79.03%；28例胃癌为经胃镜诊断为胃溃疡病变的活检病例，胃镜漏诊率为12.72%，经活检排除胃癌28例，11.29%。结论胃镜和活检相结合是诊断胃癌的必要手段，对胃镜下可疑病变胃粘膜提倡常规活检。
목적：탐토위경활검표본위암검출솔급재진단중존재적문제，제고위암조기학진솔。방법대아원1545례2011~2013년위경활검표본적림상、병리자료진행회고성분석。결과경위경의위위암자248례，병리활검진단위암220례，점88.70%；기중196례위위경、활검동시진단위위암적병례，진단부합솔79.03%；28례위암위경위경진단위위궤양병변적활검병례，위경루진솔위12.72%，경활검배제위암28례，11.29%。결론위경화활검상결합시진단위암적필요수단，대위경하가의병변위점막제창상규활검。
Objective To investigate the gastroscope biopsy specimen of gastric cancer detection rate and existing in the diagnosis of the problem, to improve early diagnosis rate of gastric cancer.Methods 1545 patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2013, clinical, gastroscopic biopsyspecimens were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 248 cases of gastric cancer by gastroscopy suspected, pathological biopsy in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma in 220 cases, accounting for 88.70%; 196 cases of gastroscope, biopsy and diagnosis of cancer, the diagnostic accordance rate was 79.03%;in 28 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopy biopsy gastric ulcer disease, diagnosis was 12.72% gastroscope biopsy to excludeleakage, 28 cases of gastric cancer, 11.29%. Conclusion Combined with gastroscopy andbiopsy is necessary for diagnosis of gastric cancer, endoscopic gastric mucosal lesionadvocate routine biopsy suspicious.
