目的：观察破壁灵芝孢子粉改善非小细胞肺癌化疗患者外周血T细胞亚群指标变化情况。方法58例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组，其中试验组(破壁灵芝孢子粉联合TP方案化疗)29例，对照组(单独TP方案)29例，化疗前及第2、4周期化疗后进行外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平检测。结果治疗后试验组T细胞亚群中CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前及对照组治疗后均有升高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论破壁灵芝孢子粉可改善非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的T细胞亚群指标，提升患者的细胞免疫功能，值得临床上进一步推广应用。
목적：관찰파벽령지포자분개선비소세포폐암화료환자외주혈T세포아군지표변화정황。방법58례비소세포폐암환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，기중시험조(파벽령지포자분연합TP방안화료)29례，대조조(단독TP방안)29례，화료전급제2、4주기화료후진행외주혈T세포아군(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)수평검측。결과치료후시험조T세포아군중CD4+/CD8+비치교치료전급대조조치료후균유승고，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론파벽령지포자분가개선비소세포폐암화료환자적T세포아군지표，제승환자적세포면역공능，치득림상상진일보추엄응용。
Objective To explore the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients during chemotherapy with broken ganoderma lucidum spores.Methods According to the inclusion criteria, divided 58 NSCLC patients into two groups, 29 cases in test group(TP chemotherapy combined with ganoderma lucidum spores), 29 cases in control group(TP chemotherapy alone), T cell subsets(CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) in the peripheral blood were detected before chemotherapy, after second and fourth cycles of chemotherapy respectively.Results After treatment, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in treatment group had significant differences compared with that in control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum spores can improve the indexes of T cell subsets in patients with non small cell lung cancer during chemotherapy, and enhance the cellular immune function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
