目的：观察康惠尔敷料对患者压疮的治疗效果，为临床上压疮治疗提供依据。方法：将46例并发有压疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组，每组23例，实验组采用康惠尔外贴创面治疗，对照组采用传统的方法治疗，评估两组治愈率及治愈时间，观察两组压疮生长及愈合情况。结果：实验组治愈率（73.9%）显著高于对照组（34.8%），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。实验组治愈时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：相较于常规治疗手段，康惠尔敷料可提高压疮患者治愈率，缩短治愈时间，值得临床推广使用。

목적：관찰강혜이부료대환자압창적치료효과，위림상상압창치료제공의거。방법：장46례병발유압창환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조23례，실험조채용강혜이외첩창면치료，대조조채용전통적방법치료，평고량조치유솔급치유시간，관찰량조압창생장급유합정황。결과：실험조치유솔（73.9%）현저고우대조조（34.8%），량조비교차이구유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。실험조치유시간현저단우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：상교우상규치료수단，강혜이부료가제고압창환자치유솔，축단치유시간，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the effect of Comfeel Dressings using on the treatment of the pressure ulcer and explore the effective treatment on the therapy for bedsore. Method 46 patients with the bedsore were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a double-blind,randomized active-controlled trial. The treatment group were treated with Comfeel Dressings,while The control group were treated with the routine treatment. all patients were evaluated with the healing rate,coalescence time and observed the surface of a wound time heals. Results The healing rate of the bedsore of the treatment group( 73. 9%)was significantly higher the controls( 34. 8%). the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05 ). The coalescence time of the treatment group was significantly lessen than the controls (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the routine treatment,the Comfeel Dressings using on the treatment of the bedsore can improved the curative effect and shorten the coalescence time and it is worth popularizing to use of the clinic.
