目的：探察对患有慢性肾功能衰竭并伴随有急性左心力衰竭的患者进行连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗，并从血管通路、并发症等方面对患者实施护理措施对患者治疗效果的影响。方法：2012年3~10月住院的慢性肾功能衰竭并发急性左心力衰竭患者中随机抽取30例，采用连续性肾脏替代疗法对所选患者进行治疗，并对患者实施一系列护理工作。记录并比较治疗前后患者的肾功能与心脏功能改善情况。结果：30例患者经治疗与护理后，其血尿素氮与血肌酐含量明显下降，左心射血分数明显上升；血液内的钙、钠含量也有所降低。结论：慢性肾功能衰竭并发急性左心力衰竭患者在接受了连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗及相应护理干预后，其肾、心脏功能获得有效改善，值得临床推广。
目的：探察對患有慢性腎功能衰竭併伴隨有急性左心力衰竭的患者進行連續性腎髒替代療法治療，併從血管通路、併髮癥等方麵對患者實施護理措施對患者治療效果的影響。方法：2012年3~10月住院的慢性腎功能衰竭併髮急性左心力衰竭患者中隨機抽取30例，採用連續性腎髒替代療法對所選患者進行治療，併對患者實施一繫列護理工作。記錄併比較治療前後患者的腎功能與心髒功能改善情況。結果：30例患者經治療與護理後，其血尿素氮與血肌酐含量明顯下降，左心射血分數明顯上升；血液內的鈣、鈉含量也有所降低。結論：慢性腎功能衰竭併髮急性左心力衰竭患者在接受瞭連續性腎髒替代療法治療及相應護理榦預後，其腎、心髒功能穫得有效改善，值得臨床推廣。
목적：탐찰대환유만성신공능쇠갈병반수유급성좌심력쇠갈적환자진행련속성신장체대요법치료，병종혈관통로、병발증등방면대환자실시호리조시대환자치료효과적영향。방법：2012년3~10월주원적만성신공능쇠갈병발급성좌심력쇠갈환자중수궤추취30례，채용련속성신장체대요법대소선환자진행치료，병대환자실시일계렬호리공작。기록병비교치료전후환자적신공능여심장공능개선정황。결과：30례환자경치료여호리후，기혈뇨소담여혈기항함량명현하강，좌심사혈분수명현상승；혈액내적개、납함량야유소강저。결론：만성신공능쇠갈병발급성좌심력쇠갈환자재접수료련속성신장체대요법치료급상응호리간예후，기신、심장공능획득유효개선，치득림상추엄。
Objective To research the impacts of comprehensive nursing intervention from vascular access to complication and the con-tinuous renal replacement therapy on chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients. Method During the time of March 2012 to October 2012,30 chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients were selected and treated by continuous renal replacement thera-py as well as a series of comprehensive nursing intervention. Recording and comparing the renal and cardiac function improvements of the patients. Results After a series of nursing and CCRT treatments,the BuN and the scr of the 30 patients were declined greatly and the LVEF of them also rised greatly. The Calcium,sodium content in blood were also dropped. Conclusion The renal and cardiac function of chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients are improved greatly after continuous renal replacement therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention,it is worth to be used in clinical.
