目的：分析老年性反流性食管炎患者内镜下的发病情况及特点。方法随机选择2012年2月至2014年2月就诊于通辽市医院消化内科门诊的老年性反流性食管炎患者713例，所有患者均填写胃食管反流病患者调查表后经奥林巴斯型电子胃镜（olYMPUscV-260型）检出，并经病理证实，分析其与年龄、性别、民族、内镜下分级等情况的关系。结论本资料以60～69岁老年男性发病率高，是本病的高危人群，蒙古族较汉族检出率高，且内镜下以 i 级表现者多见，应从多方面着手以预防和治疗此病，改善生活习惯，早发现早治疗，足量给予 PPi 类抗酸药和胃肠动力药物治疗，积极治疗原发病，加强锻炼，增强体质，调高免疫力等对本病的诊断及治疗具有重要的意义。

Objective to analyze the condition and microscopic features in the senile patients with reflux esophagitisby endoscope. Methods 713 cases of senile patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly selected from February 2012 to February 2014 visiting in the gastroenterology clinic of Tongliao city hospital. All patients filled out the gastroesophageal refluxdisease patients questionnaires and then they were detected by olympus adams electronic gastroscope (olYMPUscV-260 type), and confirmed by pathology. also, the relationship of gastroesophageal reflux disease with age, gender, ethnicity andendoscopic grading situations were analyzed. Results the information showed male in 60-69 year old with a high incidence and they are at high risk of this disease. Moreover, the detection rate of this disease in Mongolian showed higher incidence comparedwith Han and endoscopic manifestations were more common in class i. therefore, we should prevent and treat the disease by multi-pronged approach . Conclusion It has important significance on diagnosis and treatment in this disease to improve livinghabits, detect early and treat early, given adequate PPi class antacids and gastrointestinal motility medications, treat the primary disease positively, exercise and enhance physical fitness to increase immunity.
