目的：探讨尿毒症患者血液透析的护理措施。方法对本院2010年6月至2014年6月收治的90例血透患者的临床资料进行分析。结果给予患者血液透析和精心护理后，患者病情得到明显改善者44例，病情稳定者40例，因并发症死亡者6例。结论提前全面对血透患者开展疾病知识宣教和身心护理，提高病人对疾病和治疗方法的知晓度，对疾病的康复起积极作用，也提高了患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토뇨독증환자혈액투석적호리조시。방법대본원2010년6월지2014년6월수치적90례혈투환자적림상자료진행분석。결과급여환자혈액투석화정심호리후，환자병정득도명현개선자44례，병정은정자40례，인병발증사망자6례。결론제전전면대혈투환자개전질병지식선교화신심호리，제고병인대질병화치료방법적지효도，대질병적강복기적겁작용，야제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective to explore the nursing measures of hemodialysis in uremic patients. Methods the clinical data from 90 cases with hemodialysis from June 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital were analyzed. Results Given hemodialysis patients with careful nursing, patients’ conditions were obviously improved in 44 cases, 40 cases of stable disease, 6 cases of death due to complications. Conclusion Given hemodialysis patients with early propaganda and education of disease and mental nursing, will raise awareness of disease and treatment method for the patients. thus may play an active role in the rehabilitation of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
