目的:探讨ICU内采用集束化护理与常规护理对机械通气患者的疗效比较。方法:按入科时间将患者分为观察组(269例)与对照组(164例),观察组采用集束化护理策略进行护理,对照组则采用常规护理措施。通过对两组患者的呼吸机相关肺炎发病率、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间的比较,进而评价两种护理方法在机械通气患者中的应用效果。结果:观察组的呼吸机相关肺炎发病率、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均低于或短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICU内机械通气患者采用集束化护理策略可有效降低呼吸机相关肺炎发病率,缩短患者机械通气时间和ICU住院时间。

목적:탐토ICU내채용집속화호리여상규호리대궤계통기환자적료효비교。방법:안입과시간장환자분위관찰조(269례)여대조조(164례),관찰조채용집속화호리책략진행호리,대조조칙채용상규호리조시。통과대량조환자적호흡궤상관폐염발병솔、궤계통기시간、ICU주원시간적비교,진이평개량충호리방법재궤계통기환자중적응용효과。결과:관찰조적호흡궤상관폐염발병솔、궤계통기시간、ICU주원시간균저우혹단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:ICU내궤계통기환자채용집속화호리책략가유효강저호흡궤상관폐염발병솔,축단환자궤계통기시간화ICU주원시간。
Objective To explore the effect of using Cluster of Nursing and conventional care for the mechanically ventilated patients in the ICU.Methods By the entrance time dividing the patients into two groups:the observation group(269 cases) and the control group(164 cases). The observation group was treated with nursing care strategy;and the control group was treated with conventional care measures.The two groups of patients through the comparison of the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,mechanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay.In order to evaluate the effect of the two nursing methods applied in mechanically ventilated patients.Results The observation groups′incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,mechanical ventilation time,length of time in the ICU were lower or shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The ICU patients with mechanical ventilation in the nursing strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia,shorter the mechanical ventilation time and ICU time.
