目的：探讨分析2型糖尿病合并脑血管疾病的临床原因及危险因素，为今后的治疗提供可靠性参考。方法：回顾性分析70例糖尿病患者临床资料。根据其是否伴有脑血管疾病，分为糖尿病合并脑血管疾病组-观察组（34例）与单纯性糖尿病组-对照组（36例），然后比较两组患者的临床症状、生理指标以及饮食习惯详细记录并统计比较。结果：观察组患者在年龄、血压以及实验室指标上与对照组有明显不同（P＜0.05）。且以爱食甜食、嗜荤、吸烟嗜酒、运动量少为主要特点，在生理指标检查方面，其观察组也明显高于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：加强对糖尿病患者血压、血糖、血脂的监督控制，并从生活细节开始做起，帮助患者改善生活习惯，对降低脑血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。
목적：탐토분석2형당뇨병합병뇌혈관질병적림상원인급위험인소，위금후적치료제공가고성삼고。방법：회고성분석70례당뇨병환자림상자료。근거기시부반유뇌혈관질병，분위당뇨병합병뇌혈관질병조-관찰조（34례）여단순성당뇨병조-대조조（36례），연후비교량조환자적림상증상、생리지표이급음식습관상세기록병통계비교。결과：관찰조환자재년령、혈압이급실험실지표상여대조조유명현불동（P＜0.05）。차이애식첨식、기훈、흡연기주、운동량소위주요특점，재생리지표검사방면，기관찰조야명현고우대조조，량자차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：가강대당뇨병환자혈압、혈당、혈지적감독공제，병종생활세절개시주기，방조환자개선생활습관，대강저뇌혈관질병적발생구유중요의의。
Objective Explore the causes and clinical risk factors for type 2 diabetes cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,providing reliable reference for future treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of diabetic patients.According to whether have cerebral vascular disease,divided into the observation group of diabetic patients complicated with cerebrovascular diseasegroup(34 cases) and simple diabetic group and control group(36 cases),andthe clinical symptoms of two groups were compared,physiological indices anddietary habits recorded in detail and statistical comparison.Results The patients in the observation group in eating habits and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).In the examination,physiological index,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor diet and living habits,the incidence,can accelerate the brain vascular diseases in patients with diabetes mellitus.Therefore,to strengthen the control of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids in patients with diabetes mellitus,help to improve the living habits of patients,to reduce the occurrence of cerebral vascular disease with significant difference.
