目的:监测分析脐血及母血中微量元素,了解脐血检测的实用性。方法采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(icP-Ms)法,对263健康新生儿脐血及其母血进行六种微量元素测定。结果不同性别新生儿脐血中 fe、as 含量不同,男高于女(P<0.05);脐血中 fe、ca 含量明显高于母血,而 Zn、cu 含量明显低于母血(均为P<0.01);se、Mg 含量相差无显著性(P>0.05)。结论性别不同对微量元素需求不同;新生儿与母体微量元素分布不完全一致;脐血检测的实用性。

목적:감측분석제혈급모혈중미량원소,료해제혈검측적실용성。방법채용전감우합등리자체-질보(icP-Ms)법,대263건강신생인제혈급기모혈진행륙충미량원소측정。결과불동성별신생인제혈중 fe、as 함량불동,남고우녀(P<0.05);제혈중 fe、ca 함량명현고우모혈,이 Zn、cu 함량명현저우모혈(균위P<0.01);se、Mg 함량상차무현저성(P>0.05)。결론성별불동대미량원소수구불동;신생인여모체미량원소분포불완전일치;제혈검측적실용성。
objective:To detect and analyze the six trace elements in umbilical cord blood and maternal blood and to understand the practicability of umbilical cord blood test. Methods Detection and analysis were performed on the six trace elements in cord blood of 263 normal neonates and their maternal blood by ICP-MS. Results A difference was shown in the amount of Fe and As between male and female neonates, with the former greater than the latter(P<0.05). The amount of Fe and Ca in cord blood was higher than that in maternal blood(P<0.01). The content of Zn and Cu in the cord blood was lower than that in the maternal blood(P<0.01). But there was no significant difference in Mg and Se between cord blood and maternal blood(P>0.05). Conclusion It demonstrates that the need for trace elements is different between male fetuses and female ones. The amount of trace elements in cord blood is not all consistent with that in maternal blood. It is useful to detect cord blood.
