目的：探讨乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)依赖性假性血小板减少症几种检测方法的可靠性。方法对10例EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症病例采用XE-2100血液分析仪，观察不同条件(不加抗凝剂、EDTA、枸橼酸钠、肝素锂)在不同时间段测定血小板的变化。结果5 min即刻检测，各种抗凝剂血小板数值均正常。30 min后EDTA抗凝标本血小板数值明显下降。部分枸橼酸钠、肝素锂标本血小板数值也有不同程度下降。结论对EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症可采取仪器旁即刻检测方法，而枸橼酸钠、肝素锂检测方法不可取。

Objective To explore the reliability of several methods that used to detect platelet counts of the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid-dependent pseudothrombocytopenia (EDTA-PTCP) patients. Methods Collected the whole blood samples of 10 cases of the EDTA-PTCP. Observed changes of platelet at different times under different conditions(without anticoagulant, EDTA, sodium citrate and heparin lithium). Results After 5 min, the instant examination has the normal platelet results in all the samples. After 30 min, the EDTA anticoagulants descended obviously, but the sodium citrate and lithium heparin anticoagulant on platelet also had different degrees of impact.Conclusion EDTA-PTCP patients can take immediate detection method by instrument, the effects of sodium citrate and lithium heparin anticoagulant are unsatisfied.
