目的：观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗脑心综合征的临床疗效和安全性。方法69例脑心综合征患者随机分为两组：治疗组34例，对照组35例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加盐酸法舒地尔。观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.11%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且无明显不良反应。两组治疗后心电图、心肌酶改变比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔治疗脑心综合征疗效良好。
목적：관찰염산법서지이치료뇌심종합정적림상료효화안전성。방법69례뇌심종합정환자수궤분위량조：치료조34례，대조조35례。대조조급여상규치료，치료조재상규치료기출상가염산법서지이。관찰림상료효화불량반응。결과치료조총유효솔위94.11%，고우대조조적71.43%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，차무명현불량반응。량조치료후심전도、심기매개변비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론염산법서지이치료뇌심종합정료효량호。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of fasudil hydrochloride on cerebrocardiac syndrome.Methods Divided 69 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome randomly into treatment group(n=34) and control group(n=35). The patients in control group were treated with routine medicine, while the patients in treatment group, on the basis of routine therapy, were treated with fasudil hydrochloride. After one treatment course, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 94.11% and 71.43% respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group. After treatment, electrocardiogram, myocardial enzyme were greatly improved, there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride has a good clinical effect in treating cerebrocardiac syndrome.
