目的：探讨超声造影诊断急性主动脉综合征(AAS)的临床应用价值。方法回顾经临床及影像学证实的AAS患者的超声造影及CT血管成像(CTA)表现并结合文献报道进行初步对比研究。结果术前超声造影诊断胸主动脉夹层4例，超声诊断主动脉壁内血肿2例，结合文献报道，与CTA结果较一致。结论超声造影诊断AAS操作简单方便、无辐射、造影剂少、一般不发生过敏反应，动态实时，有一定的优势，由于病例较少，需要进一步收集病例进行统计学处理，研究结果可望超声造影诊断AAS与CTA及MRA接近或一致，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토초성조영진단급성주동맥종합정(AAS)적림상응용개치。방법회고경림상급영상학증실적AAS환자적초성조영급CT혈관성상(CTA)표현병결합문헌보도진행초보대비연구。결과술전초성조영진단흉주동맥협층4례，초성진단주동맥벽내혈종2례，결합문헌보도，여CTA결과교일치。결론초성조영진단AAS조작간단방편、무복사、조영제소、일반불발생과민반응，동태실시，유일정적우세，유우병례교소，수요진일보수집병례진행통계학처리，연구결과가망초성조영진단AAS여CTA급MRA접근혹일치，치득추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) for acute aortic syndrome(AAS).Methods CEUS and computed tomography angiography(CTA) of AAS patients which diagnosed finally by clinical and imaging were retrospectively analyzed and preliminary comparative studied combined with literature.Results Thoracic aortic dissection(4 cases), aortic intramural hematoma (2 cases), which were diagnosed by CEUS, more consistent with the results of CTA.Conclusion CEUS diagnosis of AAS is simple, no radiation, less contrast media, no allergic reactions, real-time. Because fewer cases, need collect more cases for statistical analysis. The results are expected to diagnose AAS by CEUS more consistent with the results of CTA and MRA, so it should be widely applied.
