先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患者中，肾上腺大结节性增生或肾上腺皮质肿瘤的发生率较普通人群明显增加。本文报道了1例先天性肾上腺皮质增生症合并肾上腺包块患者经糖皮质激素替代治疗后肾上腺包块明显缩小，提示提高对先天性肾上腺皮质增生症合并肾上腺包块发病机制及诊断的认识，可避免不必要的肾上腺切除。

The incidence of adrenal macro-nodular hyperplasia or adrenocortical tumors in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia( CAH)is significantly higher than the general population. This article presented a CAH patient combined with adrenal mass,whose adrenal mass was obviously attenuated after the replacement therapy with glucocorticoids. It indicates that improving our understanding of pathophysiology and diagnosis of adrenal mass in CAH patients can avoid unnecessary adrena-lectomy.
