New generation employees refers to the generation after 80s and 90s. The professional survey data of recruitment shows that nearly 30%workers who were born after 80s has served as director or higher position, the new generation employees become the backbone for the development of enterprise, and the stability of the group is the stability of the development of enterprise. Based on the general analysis of the characteristics of the new generation employees, this paper analyzes the problems profoundly in the happiness management of the new generation employees. Combined with the reality, suggestions about how to strengthen happiness management of new generation employees are put forward.
