Around the scale and structure, some current situation about the investment in science and technology of four developed provinces was analyzed. It was indicated that as these developed provinces entered the post industrialization stage, we should value the importance of enhancing the guide of government investment in science and technology、encouraging enterprises to improve R&D intense &building up a diversified system of investment in science and technology.
