目的：观察和评价吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)联合高锰酸钾溶液灌肠治疗重度痔病的临床疗效。方法68例重度痔病患者，按临床随机对照的研究方法分为治疗组(即PPH术联合高锰酸钾溶液灌肠治疗)和对照组(即单独PPH术治疗)，分别治疗1周。比较每组患者术后疼痛、出血情况、伤口愈合情况及术后并发症。结果两组间的临床症状的缓解程度及伤口愈合时间，治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)；术后尿潴留发生率治疗较对照组低(P<0.05)；而对照组术后伤口疼痛、出血明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论PPH术联合高锰酸钾溶液灌肠治疗重度痔病患者临床效果好，术后恢复快，并发症少。
목적：관찰화평개문합기치상점막배절술(PPH)연합고맹산갑용액관장치료중도치병적림상료효。방법68례중도치병환자，안림상수궤대조적연구방법분위치료조(즉PPH술연합고맹산갑용액관장치료)화대조조(즉단독PPH술치료)，분별치료1주。비교매조환자술후동통、출혈정황、상구유합정황급술후병발증。결과량조간적림상증상적완해정도급상구유합시간，치료조우우대조조(P<0.05)；술후뇨저류발생솔치료교대조조저(P<0.05)；이대조조술후상구동통、출혈명현고우치료조(P<0.05)。결론PPH술연합고맹산갑용액관장치료중도치병환자림상효과호，술후회복쾌，병발증소。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) combined with potassium permanganate solution in clyster treatment of hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 68 cases of hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former received clyster treatment of PPH combined with potassium permanganate solution, and the later only received PPH treatment. The course of treatment lasted for 1 week. Comparison was made between the two groups of postoperative pain, bleeding, wound healing, and postoperative complications.Results Remission of clinical symptoms and wound healing time of the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative pain and bleeding of the control group were worse than the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clyster treatment of PPH combined with potassium permanganate solution for hemorrhoid has the advantages of good clinical effect, fast recovery and few complications.
