目的：评价和分析用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗妊娠中期输尿管结石的临床疗效。 　　方法：本院2009年7月至2013年12月期间收治12例妊娠中期合并输尿管结石的患者，全部经过积极保守治疗后绞痛症状仍然反复，应用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石进行处理。 　　结果：全部12例患者中，10例患者一期手术碎石成功，2例患者结石逃逸至肾盂，留置双J管待产后行体外冲击波碎石处理。12例患者术后肾绞痛症状明显缓解，术中均无输尿管穿孔等严重并发症出现，术后所有患者均无流产、早产及死胎，至孕足月分娩胎儿均正常。 　　结论：妊娠中期输尿管结石患者经保守治疗无效后，输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石是治疗妊娠中期输尿管结石安全有效的治疗措施之一。
목적：평개화분석용수뇨관경기압탄도쇄석치료임신중기수뇨관결석적림상료효。 　　방법：본원2009년7월지2013년12월기간수치12례임신중기합병수뇨관결석적환자，전부경과적겁보수치료후교통증상잉연반복，응용수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석진행처리。 　　결과：전부12례환자중，10례환자일기수술쇄석성공，2례환자결석도일지신우，류치쌍J관대산후행체외충격파쇄석처리。12례환자술후신교통증상명현완해，술중균무수뇨관천공등엄중병발증출현，술후소유환자균무유산、조산급사태，지잉족월분면태인균정상。 　　결론：임신중기수뇨관결석환자경보수치료무효후，수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석시치료임신중기수뇨관결석안전유효적치료조시지일。
To evaluate and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of ureteroscopy used for patients with ureteral calculus in middle pregnancy. After conservative treatment failed, ureteroscopic lithotripsy was applied to 12 cases of ureteral calculus in middle pregnancy from Jul 2009 to Dec 2012 in our department. 10 of 12 patients were successful y accepted lithotripsy in one step. Among them, 2 patients with retrograde renal pelvis stones were accepted extreacorporeal shock wave lithotripsy after indwel ing double J tube until delivery. Al of the patients have recovered to the normal with the elimination of renal colic and hydronephrosis after lithotripsy without serious complications such as ureteral perforation occurred during the process. Al patients had no miscarriage, premature birth, stil birth and the ful-term fetus were normal. Ureteroscopic lithotripsy is safe and effective for patients with ureteral calculus in middle pregnancy after conservative treatment failed.
