背景:为了深入了解远航对潜艇官兵身体健康状况的影响和提供科学的预防措施,对55名潜艇官兵远航前后的血液生化指标进行了检测。<br> 目的:探讨远航对潜艇官兵血液生化指标的影响。<br> 方法:以全自动生化分析仪对55名潜艇官兵远航前后25项血清生化指标进行检测。<br> 结果与结论:①远航后谷丙转氨酶谷草转氨酶、г-谷氨酰转肽酶和胆碱酯酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素和间接胆红素均明显高于航前(P<0.01);航后白蛋白、白/球比例和碱性磷酸酶明显低于航前(P<0.01);总蛋白和球蛋白差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。②航后尿素氮、尿酸、Ca2+和P均明显高于航前(P<0.01);肌酐差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。③航后肌酸激酶、总胆固醇和三酰甘油均明显高于航前(P<0.01);血糖和羟丁酸脱氢酸酶明显低于航前(P<0.05);乳酸脱氢酶、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。可见远航对潜艇官兵大部分血清生化指标有显著影响,应进一步加强后勤保障,合理膳食管理和监控,以保障官兵的身体健康。

To investigate the effects of prolonged Navigation on blood biochemical parameters of submariners. <br> Blood samples were taken from 55 Submariners engaged in the prolonged navigation. 25 serum biochemical parameters were tested with automatic biochemical analyzer before and after the voyage. <br> (1)after voyage alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase,г-glutamyl peptidase,cholinesterase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were significantly higher than those before voyage(P<0.01);nevertheless, albumin , albumin/globulin ratio of and alkaline phosphatase after navigation were significantly lower than those before navigation(P<0.01);but the differences of total protein and globulin were no significant (P>0.05).(2) After the voyage, urea nitrogen, uric acid, Ca2+and P were significantly higher than those before the voyage (P<0.01);creatinine has no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)after voyage, creatine kinase, total cholesteroland triglyceride were significantly higher than those before the voyage(P<0.01);blood glucoseand hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase enzymewere significantly lower than those before the voyage (P<0.05);lactate dehydrogenase, high density lipoprotein and LDL-C were not significantly different(P>0.05). Voyage has a significant impact on most submariners serum biochemical parameters.Logistical support, reasonable diet management and controls should be further strengthened to safeguard the health of soldiers.
