书香中国、谷歌数字图书馆等国内外商业性数字图书馆项目都在探索适合自身的版权解决模式，同时为了自身的商业利益，对自有版权资源的免费使用加以限制。有鉴于此，建议我国公益性数字图书馆在制定版权的解决方式时应突出公益性的特点，开发出更多的免费阅读项目以满足个性化读者的信息需求。

Scholarly China,Google digital library and other domestic and foreign commercial digital library projects are exploring for their own copyright soliving model.At the same time,for their own commercial interests, free use of the resources which own copyright is restricted.For this reason,it is recommended that non-profit digital library should highlight the characteristics of public welfare while make copyright solutions,and develop more free reading programs to meet the information needs of mass readers.
