目的：了解唐山辖区基层卫生服务机构对老年人卫生服务项目的开展情况，探讨老年人对基层卫生服务的利用情况及其影响因素。方法在唐山市辖区内随机整群抽取了95家社区卫生服务（CHS）机构和122家乡镇卫生院。对基层卫生服务机构对老年人卫生服务项目的开展和老年居民利用基层卫生服务的影响因素进行收集和整理。结果217家基层卫生服务机构在老年慢性病管理（97.2％）、为老年人建立健康档案（99.5％）、健康教育（96.3％）等方面的工作开展率较高。而针对老年人开展的生活照料及家庭陪护的服务项目开展率极低（2.8％）。Logistic回归的统计结果显示，老年居民对基层卫生服务的利用情况与婚姻状况、医疗费用承担方式、养老方式、患慢性病情况、生活自理能力有关。结论基层卫生服务机构已开展的服务项目开展率明显大于老年居民对其的利用率，卫生服务工作形式大于内容，有待落到实处。

Objective To investigate the current situation of basic health service and to explore the utiliza-tion and its influential factors of the elderly people in Tangshan urban and rural area .Methods Investigations are carried out in 95 Community Health Service institutions and 122 health clinics in towns and townships of Tangshan which are selected by cluster random sampling .And we collect and analyze the current situation of basic health service and its influential factors of the elderly people .Results The 217 basic health service institutions have high-er rate in some health services ,such as the management of chronic diseases (97.2% ) ,establishment of health re-cords (99.5% ) and health education (96.3% ) .But the rate of providing daily care and family accompany is much lower(2.8% ) .The logistic regression analyses show that influential factors of utilization of basic health service in elderly people are marriage ,ways of medical expense that must be undertaken ,pension ways ,chronic diseases and self-care ability .Conclusion The rate of carrying out basic health service is significantly greater than the rate of utilization in the elderly people .The focus on form than content should be implemented.
