目的：了解徐行镇户籍人口恶性肿瘤现患情况。方法：分析2013年4月30日徐行镇恶性肿瘤现患患者的登记资料。结果：2013年4月30日，嘉定区徐行镇现存恶性肿瘤患者589例，其中男276例，女313例，现患率为1.89%，患病率随着年龄组的增长而升高。60岁年龄组最高，为29.03%。排名前5位的是乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌和直肠癌，不同性别的肿瘤顺位有差异。结论：徐行镇恶性肿瘤现患病例的增加，要求社区提高肿瘤访视质量，最大限度延长患者的生存期限。
목적：료해서행진호적인구악성종류현환정황。방법：분석2013년4월30일서행진악성종류현환환자적등기자료。결과：2013년4월30일，가정구서행진현존악성종류환자589례，기중남276례，녀313례，현환솔위1.89%，환병솔수착년령조적증장이승고。60세년령조최고，위29.03%。배명전5위적시유선암、위암、폐암、결장암화직장암，불동성별적종류순위유차이。결론：서행진악성종류현환병례적증가，요구사구제고종류방시질량，최대한도연장환자적생존기한。
Objective:to learn the local residents with cancer in Xuhang town. Methods:The data of patients with cancer in Xuhang on April 30, 2013 from Shanghai Health Service Information System was employed to analyze the prevalence of cancers. Results:There were total 589 patients with cancer in Xuhang, of whom 276 were male and 313 were female. The prevalence rate with cancer was 1.89%and the prevalence rate increased along with the increase of the age. The top 5 cancers were breast cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer, and the sequence between males and females was different. Conclusion:The prevalence rate of cancer in Xuhang increases. It requires for the health workers of the community health service center to improve the quality of following up the cancer patients to maximize their survival period.
