以140~255℃的催化裂化馏分油为原料,选用抗硫型加氢脱芳催化剂,在温度360℃、压力8.0 MPa、空速1.0 h-1、氢油体积比800∶1的工艺条件下生产出喷气燃料组分。该组分除润滑性、电导率外,其余各项指标均可达到喷气燃料的质量要求。
以140~255℃的催化裂化餾分油為原料,選用抗硫型加氫脫芳催化劑,在溫度360℃、壓力8.0 MPa、空速1.0 h-1、氫油體積比800∶1的工藝條件下生產齣噴氣燃料組分。該組分除潤滑性、電導率外,其餘各項指標均可達到噴氣燃料的質量要求。
이140~255℃적최화열화류분유위원료,선용항류형가경탈방최화제,재온도360℃、압력8.0 MPa、공속1.0 h-1、경유체적비800∶1적공예조건하생산출분기연료조분。해조분제윤활성、전도솔외,기여각항지표균가체도분기연료적질량요구。
Through using FCC distillate boiling between 140 ℃ and 255 ℃ as raw material, selecting sulfur resistant dearomatization catalyst, jet fuel was produced under the process condition of 360 ℃, 8.0 MPa, LHSV of 1.0 h-1 and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 800∶1. Except lubricity and conductivity, other indicators of the jet fuel can meet the quality requirement.
