‘欧美杨108’组织培养技术已见成效,但其移栽技术还不完善,成活率比较低,社会上对其移栽基质的研究很少。以‘欧美杨108’已生根无菌苗为材料,选用土壤与蛭石为原料,土壤与蛭石体积比分别为1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、2∶1。经试验可知:土壤与蛭石比为1∶1的处理成活率达到91.7%,植株的平均高度最高,生长状况最好,且生长速度最快。

Populus x euramericana cv.“Guariento”seedlings has seen the achievement of tissue culture technology. But it has a low survival rate of transplanting, and its technology is not perfect. The study on matrix is few. In this paper, we use it for the materials, select soil and vermiculite as raw material. The ratio of soil to vermiculite is 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 2:1 respectively. The results indicated that the 1:1 treatment reached the survival rate of 91.7%, had the highest average height and the fastest growth speed.
