急诊每天要接诊大量的危重症患者，同样急诊科护士每天要使用各种医疗器械对病人进行抢救。抢救室的尿骚、腥臭，血腥味，消毒液的味道，还有各种抢救仪器的辐射，噪音，病人的哭喊，以及来自医患纠纷可能导致医护人员的人身受到威胁，这些都无形之中给医护人员带来了巨大的情绪影响，这将多多少少影响医护人员给病人的救治，本文旨在通过对急诊护士情绪压力的分析，督促全社会应该关爱护士，理解她们，在就诊时，能多一份容忍，这样，让医护人员有一个良好、愉悦的心情去救治患者，达到双赢的目的。

Every day a lot of emergency admissions critically ill patients,the same emergency nurses every day to use all kinds of medical devices for rescuing the patients. Resuscitation room, the stench of urine, bloody flavor,the taste of disinfectant,the noise radiation,and various rescue equipment,patient cries, as well as from medical dispute could lead to the health-care workers threatened,these are invisible to the medical staff brought great emotional impact, which will influence the medical team the patient's treatment,this paper aims to analyze the emotional stress of nurses n emergency department,supervise the whole society should care nurses, understand them,in clinic,more tolerant,so,let the medical staff have a good, pleasant mood to treat patients, achieve the win-win purpose.
