The automatic detection device of the quality of Printed circuit board makes use of an electron microscope observation and the 2D worktable to measure the quality of Printed circuit board. The 2D work-table refers to the worktable which can move along the X and Y. Proposed the design of the 2D worktable mechanical structure, it apply open loop servo system of stepping motor to drive in the design. It has been proved that the automatic detection device is operating well and has a high production efficiency.
