利用FLUENT软件对氧化沟流场进行三维数值模拟时,采用滑移壁面模型定义转盘的转动和Realizable k-ε模型模拟湍流变化,并利用充足实测数据进行验证,数学模型能精确的模拟出氧化沟直道各断面的流速分布及流场的沿程变化,能有效地模拟出弯道流场的三维特性以及断面环流的形成和发展。
利用FLUENT軟件對氧化溝流場進行三維數值模擬時,採用滑移壁麵模型定義轉盤的轉動和Realizable k-ε模型模擬湍流變化,併利用充足實測數據進行驗證,數學模型能精確的模擬齣氧化溝直道各斷麵的流速分佈及流場的沿程變化,能有效地模擬齣彎道流場的三維特性以及斷麵環流的形成和髮展。

Fluent software was used to simulate the flow field in the oxidation ditch. The moving wall mod-el were used to simulate the power sources of running plate in the ditch.And Realizable k-ε model were used to simulate the variation of water.This model is verified by the data from velocity field tests in oxidation ditch.The variation laws of velocities in the straight channel,especially the complex 3-D charac-teristics and circulation flow in the flexural channel are successfully simulated.
