用不同浓度的微生物菌剂 AR156、AR156-1、AR156-2、菌根菌、甲基硫菌灵喷洒基质,研究不同浓度处理对辣椒栽培大田土传病害的防效。研究结果表明,辣椒移栽后60 d 和105 d,浓度为108 cfu/mL 的 AR156-2处理的防效分别为86.39%和78.14%,增产效果显著,增产率214.39%;菌根菌防效不明显,但促生效果明显,增产率达158.25%。

용불동농도적미생물균제 AR156、AR156-1、AR156-2、균근균、갑기류균령분쇄기질,연구불동농도처리대랄초재배대전토전병해적방효。연구결과표명,랄초이재후60 d 화105 d,농도위108 cfu/mL 적 AR156-2처리적방효분별위86.39%화78.14%,증산효과현저,증산솔214.39%;균근균방효불명현,단촉생효과명현,증산솔체158.25%。
In this study, we mixed the microbial agents AR156, AR156-1, AR156-2 which were came from Nanjing Agricultural University, mycorrhizal fungi which was came from Qingdao Agricultural University, fungicide thiophanate-methyl which was came from the German Basf Inc. with pepper matrix respectively, and studied the control efficacy of different agents with different concentrations against soil-borne diseases of hot pepper in fields. The results showed that, the treatment 108 cfu/mL AR156-2 possessed highest control efficiency of 86.39% and 78.14% after hot pepper plants being transplanted 60 days and 105 days later respectively, and the yield was significantly increased by 214.93%. The mycorrhizal fungi treatment did not show so significant control effect as the agent AR156-2, but the yield was increased by 158.25%.
