研究了水肥耦合效应对加工型马铃薯经济性状及品质的影响,结果表明,在最优化水肥处理(每1 hm2灌水2520.00 m3,施尿素457.50 kg,磷酸二氢铵825.00 kg,硫酸钾247.50 kg)条件下,马铃薯植株株高、茎粗、地上部干质量、块茎质量、单株块茎质量和产量等性状上表现最优,且产品干物质含量最高,还原糖含量最低,维生素 C 含量最高,马铃薯的品质最佳,更利于对其加工的要求。
研究瞭水肥耦閤效應對加工型馬鈴藷經濟性狀及品質的影響,結果錶明,在最優化水肥處理(每1 hm2灌水2520.00 m3,施尿素457.50 kg,燐痠二氫銨825.00 kg,硫痠鉀247.50 kg)條件下,馬鈴藷植株株高、莖粗、地上部榦質量、塊莖質量、單株塊莖質量和產量等性狀上錶現最優,且產品榦物質含量最高,還原糖含量最低,維生素 C 含量最高,馬鈴藷的品質最佳,更利于對其加工的要求。
연구료수비우합효응대가공형마령서경제성상급품질적영향,결과표명,재최우화수비처리(매1 hm2관수2520.00 m3,시뇨소457.50 kg,린산이경안825.00 kg,류산갑247.50 kg)조건하,마령서식주주고、경조、지상부간질량、괴경질량、단주괴경질량화산량등성상상표현최우,차산품간물질함량최고,환원당함량최저,유생소 C 함량최고,마령서적품질최가,경리우대기가공적요구。
In the paper, we studied the effects of different water-fertilizer proportion on the economic characters and quality of processing potato. The results showed that, under the optimization water -fertilizer treatment, irrigation amount of 2 520.00 m3/hm2, urea amount of 457.50 kg/hm2, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate amount of 825.00 kg/hm2, potassium sulphate amount of 247.50 kg/hm2, the potato plants performed best on plant height, stem diameter, dry weight, dry weight of overground part, tuber weight, tuber weight of a single plant and yield, and the potato tubers were more suitable for processing because of possessing highest dry matter content, lowest reducing sugar content, highest vitamin C content and best quality.
