以湘早优1号苦瓜为材料,研究不同温度、不同湿度和不同光照条件对大棚苦瓜授粉受精的影响。试验结果表明,温度保持在25~28℃、湿度保持在70%~85%、透光率85%以上的大棚环境条件最适宜苦瓜授粉受精,苦瓜坐果率高、商品性状好。

By taking Xiangzaoyou No.1 bitter gourd as material, we studied the effects of different temperatures, humidities and light conditions on the pollination fertilization of bitter gourd in greenhouse. The results showed that, the optimum greenhouse environmental condition for pollination fertilization of bitter gourd was as follow: temperature of 25 -28℃ , humidity of 70%-85%, light transmittance over 85%, under the condition, the fruit-setting rate of bottle gourd was high, and the commercial characters were excellent.
