荷兰的马铃薯种薯在世界上享有盛誉，除了得益于得天独厚的气候条件、近乎完美的土壤条件和种植者高水准的专业技术水平外，更主要的是其健全的检测和认证体系。对荷兰种薯检测和认证体系进行了详细的介绍，并对我国马铃薯种薯质检体系提出几点建议，以促进我国马铃薯产业的发展。

Seed potatoes of Holland enjoy the high reputation in the world,in addition to being blessed the rich nature climate condition,nearly perfect soil conditions and growers with high standards of professional and techni-cal level,more important is the perfect inspection and certification system. This paper made a detailed introduc-tion of Holland seed inspection and certification system,and put forward some suggestions on Chinese seed pota-to quality inspection system,in order to boost the development of potato industry in China.
