Tea polysaccharide%Content%Comparative analysis%Anthrone-H2SO4 colorimetry
采用乙醇提取法分别对梵净山绿茶、石阡苔茶和梵净山翠峰中的茶多糖进行提取,用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定茶多糖的含量。结果表明:3种茶叶的多糖含量依次为:梵净山绿茶为4.99%,石阡苔茶为5.40%,梵净山翠峰为9.03%。由此可知,茶多糖的含量与其品种及产地有密切关系。
採用乙醇提取法分彆對梵淨山綠茶、石阡苔茶和梵淨山翠峰中的茶多糖進行提取,用蒽酮-硫痠比色法測定茶多糖的含量。結果錶明:3種茶葉的多糖含量依次為:梵淨山綠茶為4.99%,石阡苔茶為5.40%,梵淨山翠峰為9.03%。由此可知,茶多糖的含量與其品種及產地有密切關繫。
채용을순제취법분별대범정산록다、석천태다화범정산취봉중적다다당진행제취,용은동-류산비색법측정다다당적함량。결과표명:3충다협적다당함량의차위:범정산록다위4.99%,석천태다위5.40%,범정산취봉위9.03%。유차가지,다다당적함량여기품충급산지유밀절관계。
Polysaccharide of three tea varieties planted in Fanjing mountain was extracted by ethanol extraction method and the Polysaccharide content had been determined by anthrone-H2SO4 colorimetry. The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Fanjing mountains green tea was 4.99%,Shi Qian moss tea was 5.40%,Fan-jing mountains cui feng was 9.03%. Accordingly,the content of tea polysaccharide is closely related to its variety and origin.
