目的：总结经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效及经验。方法对36例输尿管结石患者行尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的临床资料及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者均碎石成功，术中、术后未出现并发症，术后3～5天痊愈出院。结论充分的术前准备，完善的术前检查，精心的术后护理，能促进患者早日康复，减少并发症的发生。
目的：總結經輸尿管鏡氣壓彈道碎石術治療輸尿管結石的療效及經驗。方法對36例輸尿管結石患者行尿道輸尿管鏡氣壓彈道碎石術的臨床資料及護理方法進行迴顧性分析。結果36例患者均碎石成功，術中、術後未齣現併髮癥，術後3～5天痊愈齣院。結論充分的術前準備，完善的術前檢查，精心的術後護理，能促進患者早日康複，減少併髮癥的髮生。
목적：총결경수뇨관경기압탄도쇄석술치료수뇨관결석적료효급경험。방법대36례수뇨관결석환자행뇨도수뇨관경기압탄도쇄석술적림상자료급호리방법진행회고성분석。결과36례환자균쇄석성공，술중、술후미출현병발증，술후3～5천전유출원。결론충분적술전준비，완선적술전검사，정심적술후호리，능촉진환자조일강복，감소병발증적발생。
Objective Summarize the effect and experience of the treatment of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic bal istic lithotripsy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data and nursing methods of 36 patients with ureteral calculi underwent transurethralt ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. Results 36 patients were treated successful y, postoperative, no complications, patients were discharged on 3-5 days. Conclusions The sufficient preparation before operation, check the perfect preoperative, postoperative nursing, which can promote early recovery of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
